DVMENGINEERING CORP LTD owned by DIRECTAMANAGEMENT LTD, as main Partner in DIRECTAINNOVATION, becomes a new Global Technological Brand. We provide Turnkey Integrated Solutions, technologically accessible, highly operational and profitable for Industrial Companies/Customers. It’s an Innovative Engineering Company that does not exclusively carry out a Consulting Activity but directly supplies INDUSTRIAL INNOVATIONS (1st Business Line) and implements INNOVATIVE PRODUCTIONS (2nd Business Line).

The Founder D. Violante has carried out Consultancy Activities since 1974 regarding the Development of Industrial Automation and Organizational Production Systems.

In all these years, he has consolidated collaborations with other Technology Advisors with different specializations and Industrial Companies, with the aim of creating a “Network of Knowledges” to be used in the development of Technological Innovations, having the availability of a pool of specialized skills and differentiated with high potential for Technological/Innovative Development.

This is one of the key points of -DIRECTAINNOVATION Strategic Plan- with “DVM^©Innovation Turnkey Supply System” we always apply the multi-disciplinary Technical/Technological Knowledge to guarantee results in implementation of the Pilot Series of Innovative Products and relative Manufacturing Processes (from Product Design to Machines and Plants). This is our “powerful Competitive Lever, compared to the internal Technical Structure within Industrial Company and to our main Competitors (Professional Engineer, Institution, R&D Centres, University)”.

Some of that Technology Advisor/Partners will constitute of the Development Committee which will lead the Development Internal Team about Technical/Technological Activities of DVMENGINEERING CORP LTD.

In 2014, based on the skills and projects accumulated by Industrial Consultancy Activity together its Technology Partners, was created and started DIRECTAINNOVATION as International Technological Network.

In 2015, the first four DIRECTAINNOVATION Companies were established, to which the know-how (projects, references and proprietary innovations) was transferred:

DIRECTAMANAGEMENT LTD, Industrial Innovation Management. Headquarters in London; it manages the Technology and R&D Know-how, which has been conferred by the Founding Members.

DVMENGINEERING CORP LTD, Innovation Engineering regarding the development of Products and Industrial Processes. Headquarters in UK and Operational in Italy; in future, also in Sweden and the USA. It will develop the main business based on own consolidated Know-How and the Proprietary Innovations.

DVMINDUSTRIAL LTD, Industrial Partnerships for Innovative Productions. Headquarters in London; will form the Industrial Partnerships for “INNOVATIVE PRODUCTIONS” as 2nd Business Line, consequent to the industrial exploitation of DVMENGINEERING proprietary Innovations with “higher Business potential” trough the establishment of new Manufacturing Companies for production of:

• Special Devices for Healthcare and Medical (MEDEQUIPMENT LTD);
• Large Frame and Structural Components in Composite (COMPOTRAILER);
• Interactive Office Furniture and Wall Systems (SWITCHOFFICE);
• Integrated Systems of Furniture and Home Accessories (UPsITALY);
• Special Automation and Robotics Equipment (DVMAUTOMATION);
• Plants and Equipment for the treatment of Urban Solid Waste (WASTEQIPMENT).

In 2021, DIRECTAMANAGEMENT LTD, DVMENGINEERING CORP LTD and DVMINDUSTRIAL LTD became fully operational companies (until 2020 they were Dormant Companies) in this period their organization was finalized:
